Error message - 0x00040820

One of our company laptops is giving a synchronisation error of 0x00040820.

Windows XP Pro, Outlook XP, mail delivered to Mailbox, but folders
Synchronised to laptop.

Please can you assist?

This is still not working - the user's mailbox is less than 1.82GB, and even
if it is only set to sychronise only one folder, it still fails.

I have tried recreating the profile, the .ost file and it won't have it.
