error mess. 404

expat in Uk

Quite frequently whenever I try to download I get a MSoft
error message 404 that blocks me. What is this message?
Cookies are open, I turn off my firewall, I lower
security...nothing seems to matter...

Hi

It means that the server couldn't file the page or file you were trying to access. This could be because it is temporarily unavailable or it has been removed. Try again a bit later.
