Dialer Update - Error 404

When I connect to the Internet with IE, I have been getting a message:
Checking for Dialer Update - Error 404 - Not found.

Is this an IE problem or my ISP?

Since you haven't told us anything about your computer or your ISP, we
can't answer your question. However, I would check with your ISP since
that sounds like an AT&T dialup sort of error.
