Based on my experience, Motive Monitor is a part of Dell Resolution
Assistant.
You can remove the program with the following steps:
1. Click Start and then Run.
2. Type "regedit" in the Open box without the quotes and click OK to open
Registry Editor.
3. Locate and click the following registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
4. In the right pane, right-click MotiveMonitor and then choose Delete.
5. Close Registry Editor and then restart the computer.
