Every time I start my computer this message appears.

'Error occured
Memory access violation in module kernel 32 at
6431:78117242'

What is this and how do I get rid of this?
Im running windows XP home

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.
