Error loading

C:\wnnt\system32\nvmctray.dll

comes up every time I start my computer
 
This involves your nvidia video card. I would try reinstalling your video
card drivers.
You might also try running adaware of spybot because some spyware has used
this dll name.

That's for an nVidia display card. You might want to either reinstall,
update, or complete the uninstall of the nVidia applications.
