Error Loading

I am getting a messge ( CROGRAM~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL ) ( the specified program could not be found )
What is this ? and if important how do i find or reload it .
P.S. you have probably gathered from my questions that i am just a novice at this computing game .
