rundll error loading

when i restart my computer i get the following error
message: Rundll error loading -
C:\progra~newdot~1\newdot~1dll
Specified module could not be found.

Also having problems sending and receiving e-mail. Is
this problem related?

From a French Forum by a guy who couldn't speak the language.

Think I may be able to help some of you with this NewDot~1.dll or
NewDot~_.dll problem. With the help of some great software, I was able to
correct the same missing .dll error message I was experiencing. Simply
download the RegCleaner from http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/shtml/regcleaner.shtml
and use the "start up" menu tab from the list, where you should find a list
of computer start up items including New Net or NewDot.Net etc. Just check
the box next to this, and click "remove item" at the bottom. This should fix
the error. I hope it works for you! Good luck, and thanks again to the
designers of the FREE RegistryCleaner software!!!
