error loading

when starting up a box will appear on my desk top that says rundll error loading c:\windows\system32ynsiefr40.dl. is there anyone who can olease help me with this.i think it is slowing my sysytem down alot. thank you

Isolate what is calling it. See:

It's not a windows file (assuming you spelled it correctly), and it's not a
recognized file name in any search engine I tried. If the name is correct,
you may have a nasty on your system, the above outlined steps should help
you isolate it.
