Error loading VB.Net

I'm currently using Visual Studio.Net 2003, but have a problem in that I can't load the program, keep getting an error the error is an unhandled win32 exception has occured in devenv.exe

Have tried reinstalling Visual Studio.Net 2003 but still can't get it to load

Could anyone offer any advice on this problem
