error loading help please

Hi all
Hope someone can help me with this. I am not sure when it started happening
but when I boot up my computer everything is fine till
Welcome screen, wallpaper but no desktop icons....Then there is this small
window saying
RUNDLL
Error loading C:\progra~1\uninst~1.DLL
The specified module could not be found
OK

Once I press OK it continues loading up fine.

What has happened and how do I get rid of this?

I have WINXP

Start > Run and type in

msconfig

and got to "Startup" tab. Is there any reference to that file? If so, uncheck it and restart.
