Error language

Hi all.
I use WIN98
When I click an MDB file I am asked for its password in ENGLISH (Like the
interface language of my ACCESS 2000).
If I provide a wrong password, the error appears in GERMAN.
I just installed JET4 SP8 from the web:

Did not really help

Please advise.

oops.....
I mean try this URL to download the English version of the JET service pack:

You may have inadvertently set focus to the dropdown list titled "Change Language"? If you happen to have a mouse wheel, and you gave it a twirl, you may have selected German without knowing it. Just guessing. I was able to find a KB article for Access 97, but not one for Access 2000:
