error - kernel32!GetTickCount

I have installed a database-based application that uses ms
sql server 2000.
It seems to work perfectly, but one module returng this
error:

L'applicazione XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ha
generato un errore di applicazione. L'errore si è
verificato su 07/02/2003 @ 09:57:47.466 Exception c00000fd
generata all'indirizzo 77E5A2F9 (kernel32!GetTickCount)

I'm going mad! What does it means???
