kernel32.dll is what administers the windows OS (just like a kernel for unix
or a kernel for mac).

if an application is giving kernel32.dll errors, you are either looking at:

1) uninstalling said offending program
2) reinstalling windows.

Frankly, every f*in time I see this g*d-d*mn error message, no matter what I
try to do to recover doesn't work. I haven't seen a single time where
recovery works, unless..

Recovery Disk? (aka ERD)
system backup? (if you said "what backup?" -- here is the lesson to backup)

You may get lucky. I've begun to stop using Windows as a daily machine
because of all the crap I have to deal with daily with it. It can't keep
up with me, my mac and my unix(es) have <NEVER> given me as many issues as
windows can/will.

Good luck!
