Error installing

Please help!
When trying to install, I get the message in a new window:
"Error reading setup initialisation file", I don't know
how to get round it!

The recommendation is to do another download. Be sure that you save the
file locally--say--to the desktop, rather than just choosing run on the
download dialog.
