Error installing Task Scheduler during FBA

hi, anyone seen this error before ?

"Error during installtion of the Task Scheduler Service;
SetTaskFolderSecurity error=2"

i am still investigating what problem it will cause..

The may be due to a missing Side By Side component, like perhaps the "Visual
C++ Runtime Libraries (Side X Side)". I'm just guessing here since that
error seems to relate to a similar error i've seen before that was due to
missing SxS stuff.

I just checked, C++ Runtime Libraries (Side X Side) is there... hmm ....
