Error installing Service Pack 4

While installing the Service Pack 4 download I receive the
following error message "Unable To Connect To Metabase".

Can anyone help me to resolve this error so I can complete
the installation of Service Pack 4?

Hi Bob,

Try disabling IISAdmin and W3SVC in Services, reboot the machine and try
installing SP4.
