Error: Increase windows registry settings

When I start my computer up, I've been getting an error to
increase my registry settings. It says this will help
windows performance. Anyone seen this before and/or know
how to fix it?

As Adminstrator, "My Computer" Properties (system proerties),
Advanced, Perfomance Options, Change, Registry size...

I suggest an increase of not more that 50% of the current value
initially. If this recurs (registry size continues to increase) there
is a problem somewhere that needs to be addressed.
