Error In XP System Log

Any suggestions on how to prevent the following error
from the system log on an XP Pro box:

The Security System could not establish a secured
connection with the server DNS/prisoner.iana.org. No
authentication protocol was available.
 
Yes I do have that enabled. Any other suggestions? Thanks
for the idea.
