Error in "Service Control Manager"

Hi,

The error on the Event Viewer displays an error in the Service Control
Manager. When I double click this message, it has a description:
Event ID: 7031

Description:
The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly. It has
done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0
milliseconds: No action."

Please, please help!
