Error in sending email. Dialog box is open. Close this box then .

When trying to send an email, I received a message that the dialog box is
open. Close the box and try again. What does this mean?

Hi,
If no dialog box is visible in Outlook, or if there is no Outlook task on
the Windows task bar, it may be necessary to stop OUTLOOK.EXE using the
Windows Task Manager.
