Error in Scan Schedule

Also, when you try to schedule a scan for a time that is
not on the hour (12:11 or 12:15) it will not scan.
 
Known bug, it just cannot scan anytime in the 12 o'clock hour in the beta 1
release, use another time. Should be resolved by beta 2.
