Error in 'RSS Feeds'

Outlook 2007. When doing a Send/Receive I get the following error:

Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0xB7A40155) : 'Outlook cannot download the
RSS content from http://dilbertblog.typepad.com/the_dilbert_blog/index.rdf
because of a problem connecting to the server. An OLE registration error
occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the
program.'

How can I remedy this? Thanks.

Have you tried deleting the folder that feed is sending its posts to and
resubscribing?

Since this error is new to me (I never got it with Outlook 2003) I have no
idea what RSS is, nor how to determine the folder to which the feed is being
sent as you suggest. Could you give me some detailed guidance in how to do
what you suggest? Thanks.
