error in recovery of WinXP Home

Hi,

I have Hp Pavilion N5445 with Windows XP Home factory
installation. It got crashed, so i tried recovery CDs.
I got error says 'Wrong Model Number' and stops working.

I ordered another set of recovery CDs, it also does same.
It seems its checking for model number in some where
RAM , BIOS.

How to solve this? I am unable to install Windows.

You will have to contact hp as it sounds like a hardware problem not an xp
problem.
