Error in Outlook

I have one user who always gets the following error in
Outlook

Application popup: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x3a492ac8" referenced memory
at "0x00000002". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

She also gets the following DrWatson Error

The application, , generated an application error The
error occurred on 08/25/2003 @ 10:07:11.372 The exception
generated was c0000005 at address 77FCC455
(RtlAllocateHeap)


I have given this user a new pc, the error still occurs.
Any ideas what to look for?
