error in launching IE

When i try to launch IE, I get an error message that
states, "can't find C:/WINDOWS/security.html. If I hit
ok the screen goes blank, but I can still surf the web.
Any ideas?

If it's security.html I do not know.

If it's secure.html then, you have been hacked by this parasite.
Not to say that it may have muted to security.html
