error in contact form address mapping

[trinaz]

I have been using OL2000 without problem for some time...my contacts
addresses always mapped properly when clicking on the map icon...but today I
tried it for the first time in a while and always are sent to
http://office.microsoft.com/home/default.aspx ...instead of the Expedia
address
mapping site...?

Anyone know why this is happening and how to get the address mapping link
from
Expedia back ?

As opposed to waiting for MS to fix the redirector, the link can be changed
to point to wherever you want it to. I used Mapquest myself.

Here is the reg key that needs to be added to do so..

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0 \Outlook\Options\General]
"MapScriptURL"="www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?

2s>&zip=<3s>"

Works like a charm. Thanks to Dave Roberts for figuring this out back in
May.

Thanks...I got the Mapquest to work...but I find that for most of my
contacts...Expedia is better ( more accurate)...I have the following based
on the below but it isn't working...can anyone tell me how to modify this
key for Expedia? neither key works now...

www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll?qscr=mmfnaddress=<0s>&city=<1s>&state=<2s>&zip
=<3s>

www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll?address=<0s>&city=<1s>&state=<2s>&zip=<3s>

Per below....this works for Mapquest :
