#Error in all the fields in Access 2003 database

Why this error is coming and how to trouble shoot?

When this error record in table unable to serach and if you search you will
get syntax error. Some times it appears #error 3167.

The split Access 2003 databse was using in multi user environment.
When Copact and repair the dtabase is Ok.

How to stop occuring.

This can happen if a field in the table is corrupted - often a Memo field. It
can be a symptom of deeper corruption, and it may be impossible to delete the
record; compact and repair may or may not fix it.
