Error importing address book (CSV)

In the absence of an Outlook Express forum......? I am trying to get a group
of colleagues to import a csv address book into OExpress 6. A few can do it
successfully but most receive an error msg at the end of the process after
the IMPORT button is hit. (Error importing address book.. ) The progress bar
either never starts or gets part way and stops. Any ideas?
