Error from search

When I go and do a search from the search page I created from front page I
get this message. "Error from search: can't open the word hash file
D:\Inetpub\wwwvroot\our
site\_vti_txt\default.wti\All.dct
No documents found. Please try again"
It used to work but now we are having problems, Any suggetions,

Open the "live" Web site and choose Recalculate Hyperlinks from the Tools menu.
