Error from Search Function

Can anyone help me ?

Working on Win XP Pro.
When I run the "Search" I get an error mesg.

--> A file that is required to run Search Companion cannot
be found. You may need to run setup."

Right after log on Windows, I get this error also.

--> Virtual Bouncer. Run-time error '53': File not Found
