error during 2000 to 2003 upgrade

hallo,
today we are testing upgrade from our w2000 SBS to w2003sbs. Everything
went fine till we decided to run "continue to setup". After configuring our
system phase, selecting which component to uprage and install and confirming
instalation path, after clicking to NEXT setup program dissapear. I have
looked to erroro.log file which SBS setup program creates, and it ends
everytime with :

[01/17/04,15:52:22] setup.exe: [2] Run() : RunLoadSetup(), an exception has
occured.

I have tried to find on google and so on with no success. there was only
something that this error could appears on exchange 2000 setup, and that it
would be DNS problem or what. I thing we have everyhting configured (DNS
also) properly.

Any idea what it could be? i am getting mad , ebcause I dont want to create
whole new domain if upgrade wouldnt be possible...
