Error converting from Fat32 to NTFS

I am recieving an error message when I attempt to convert
my 20 gig hard drive from Fat32 to NTFS.

I have the latest Win 2000 Service Pack installed, so the
knowledge base reommendation to install SP4 soes not seem
to apply here.

Any thoughts?

What's the exact error message?

Make sure you're following the steps listed in the article below to convert
the volume to NTFS:
