error codes My run 3012 & null 90

I use office 2003 and my operating system is windows xp
I have a small program that someone wrote for me. For some reason it quit
working and started giving me the above error codes. i ask the program writer
what to and he said to reinstall access. Im not very good with comp, so
reinstalling access would be quite confusing to me. I really dont want to do
that because im afraid i would loose everything i have in access.
Any help to my problem would be greatly appreciated

Make a back-up of all the files you don't want to loose onto CD / USB disk
.... before trying to re-install Access. Generally, it is a fairly straight
forward process, just read all the dialogs carefully and select appropriate
choices during the re-installation process.

OTOH, the problem may not be in the Access installation ... it may be
corruptions in your "program" but we don't know anything about "program".
We don't even know whether it is an Access database!

Is this program written in Microsoft Access? (It's certainly not
written in Office 2003, which is not a program but a suite of several
programs). What is the ACTUAL error message? It's certainly not saying
"My run 3012 & null 90" - those are NOT Access error messages. And
what are you doing when the error occurs?
