Error code

Excel has worked splendidly for me for about 6 months now and suddently
I started getting the following error code (in a popup dialog box that
allows me only to click 'ok' and help -- not too helpful btw), when the
program starts and before it closes:

Compile error in hidden module: AutoExecNew
Anybody have any suggestions?
