error code

Hello people, hopefully you would shine a light ... i'm
new at this, but i downloaded a movie from Kazaa (School
of Rock CD1) or at least I thought i did... but when i
tried to play it, my windows media player (version 9)
gave me an error # C00D11CD.
Any ideas what that means? It's an "unknown error" so i
dont even know what to do make it work.
