error code cood11cd

I am getting an error code COOD11CD when I try to delete
a media player file. Any help. I can't move the file or
trash the file from the folder it is in. A warning comes
up that the file is in use with another program and I
have nothing else running.

try booting up with a boot disk to a c prompt and
move/delete it that way.
