error code 80070658

Computer keeps trying and failing at installing the update for Microsoft
Office Outlook 2007 Junk Email Filter (KB959141). Error I get is error code
80070658 . But I have no clue what that error code means or how to fix it.
Does anyone have any advice?

I think this is a Windows Update error and should be addressed in their
newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windowsupdate
