Error Code 80041032

I'm am running Windows 2000 Professional. I get sporadic
crashes of a Macromedia Director program I am running when
it trys to open another window. In the DRWatson it returns
an error 80041032. I assume this is a Windows error, but I
can't find what it means. Is this a Windows error code?
What does it mean? Any ideas?
