error code 0x80508017

I recieved an alert that i had an potentially harmful file...it was
Adware:Win32/MyDealAssit...(that was all that I could read of the name) it
was at a medium alert level. I selected to remove the program and recieved
the following message:
"ERROR ENCOUNTERD:
Code 0x80508017. Some actions couldn't be applied to potentially harmful
items. The items might be stored in a read-only location. Delete the files or
folders that contains the items or, for information on removing read-only
permissions from files and folders, see Help and Support."

I am currently running windows defender version 1.1.1593.0

I understand that in order to get rid of this item I need to look in my
folders but I'm not sure where to look. If anyone could please help me i
would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Microsoft Forefront Client Security

No......but i was able to remove it i found the files and deleted them and
ran the scan again and it was gone...so (fingers crossed) hopefully i got
it......thank you so much

There should be system event log entries at the time of the scan that give
the full details of which files were detected.
