Error Code 0x800600

I have a MAJOR problem with starting up windows:
Whenever i start my computer, and I enter in my user and
passwords, the Loading bar comes up as I try to enter XP.

Well an error msg comes up saying: There was a problem with
the computer reading the Computer's license, Error Code
0x800600

I've checked the support pages multiple times, and have not
come up with any help.

Hi Merc,

Start the computer in Safe mode by hitting F8 at bootup.

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll

If this doesn't help try these steps:

Start/run regedit. Delete the following keys:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

Exit the registry editor, restart normally.
