Do you have Certificate Service installed on your Server ?

Then there was once a CA service installed on one of your servers. I would
suggest you to examine the server to which you are referenced and try
reinstalling Certification authority.

ok !! You mean to create a new CA ? or reinstall the
existent CA , but what i must to do... copy the
certificate from that server and install it on any DC

I don't know enough about CA so that is the reason to
reply constantly for your help. I don't want to crash the
network , but at the same time I need to find solutions as
soon as possible. Any procedure I'll be thankful a lot !!

Thanks!!

First, can you write back if there is a working CA service on your network,
and that you are using it. If you are not using it, then you can safely
uninstallit and reinstall it. Please post details on where this service
is/was/should be and if it is working (run Certificate Service mmc).

1. Is <computername> a DC?
2. Do you have a Certificate Authority installed on <computername>? If so,
is it started?
If you run in a command window :
certutil -ping -config <computername>
what is the output you get?

Thanks,
