When error checking my C drive with XP Home Edition
installed, the "check disk" ceases with the message that
a "Windows has been turned off, for serious error has
been detected." The following information is provided:

***STOP: 0x00000007E (0x00000005, 0xF80D4C27, 0xF896840,
0xF8969540)

***tbcpud.sys - Address F80D4C27 base at F80BC00, Date
Stamp 3b8d7&87

My system seems to be working fine without any problems.
What does the above reporting mean? What should I do (if
anything) to correct any problem?

Thank you,
Steve
