Error checking licence

Hello !

I have a problem with a laptop from a co worker.
When the laptop boots he gets the message : A problem is preventing windows
from accurately checking the license for this computer
error code:0x80090019.
After i tryed a few things, whe found uot that he didnt register windows XP
pro within the 30 day period.
note that this is a legal version of xp, it is default installed on the
Toshiba laptop.
can anyone help me ?

this did not work the specified reg keys arend available.
any other suggestions ?
