Error Caused by a Device Driver! Asrock K7S8X Need Help!

I have an Asrock K7S8X. I have done much testing to determine there is a
motherboard driver problem under windows XP. It is a rev 1.02 board, and I
have the sound disabled. Has anyone had something similar and resolved it?
