Since I've installed Service Pack 2, almost every time I use the key
combination Windows+E the system throws an exception and ask to send a
report, also if I use the destktop or Start shortcuts to open My PC, My
Documents or My Network, the same error happens. This occur at random,
sometimes I can open the explorer... Sometimes there's no choice but use IE
to browse folders or reset.

The report contains this:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: Unknown
ModVer. 0.0.0.0 Offset: 10015c60

Exception information
Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x00000000010015c60

System information:
Windows NT 5.1 Build: 2600

Is there a patch or somebody has the same problem?

Thanks

Marco

After checking the two link you mentioned, I ran the ShellExView and
disabled every non-Microsoft shell extension, but no good...

What else can I try?
