error: cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application

Hello,

I get this message when I click on Help / Index from the VB IDE:
"Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application"

It's in a message box labeled "Microsoft Document Explorer".

Then I get another message box with "Server Execution Failed"

MS Development Environment 2002 v 7.0.9466

Dot Net Framework 1.0 v 1.0.3705

It's worked fine since I installed it last year. I have not changed anything
that I can think of.

Help!
