Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device is physically
connected to the development computer.

i tried all the solutions .
i have installed CE Tools for VS 2003
i have got the proxyports from a working machine to my machine
i have done everything .

please i deadly need a solution ............

i can see the device from windows explorer .
but i cannot deploy using VS

Hi,

have you changed your Windows password before?

If yes, then you have to run "DelDesktopCryptKey.exe" from the WinCE
Utilities.
You must do these every time after you changed your password.
