Ok guys: I have WIndows XP Pro and Outlook 2007, however, the probelm began
suddenly a few weeks ago with outlook 2003. I uninstalled all office programs
and reinstalled 2007. No change same - network password error. I have
installed and re-installed 2007, and have deleted all profiles and started
from scratch 3-4 times. I cannot get away from the error. Again, my ISP says
it's not on their end, and they have no idea...
Still needing help....

Outlook 2007.
This seems to be a continuing problem. I have my Premium Yahoo which
works fine. I used to have another pop3 account that also worked
fine. When I added a third, the second one went crazy asking for the
password like the complaints below. I've deleted my profile and all
my accounts. Gone to Outlooks self repair which didn't work. I'm
about to remove and reinstall Outlook. This is the second time it has
happened to me.
Thanks,

No, what you need to do is post your Outlook version and Operating System.
