Error attempting to publish web

I am getting the following error trying to publish my web:

Server Error: cannot close file "service.cnf" Insufficient disk space.

My site isn't even 25mb in size yet - and I should have plenty of space on
the server.

Could someone tell me what this error means? I really need to get this
published.

Also, can someone suggest a reliable hosting company with phone support?
The outfit I am with now is very slow at turning around problems. I'm
willing to pay - I just would appreciate a recommendation.

FP2000: Error Message When You Attempt to Publish Web: Server Error: Cannot
Close File <path>/_vti_pvt/service.cnf

It might also mean that the server itself has run out of space - contact
your host.

Check your available space on the server, often this is larger than you may think.

I just switched to Alentus.com for windows server...excellent...I take that back...incredible service.
